A Monday Quickie
A quick post before I go out to meet some friends and quite possibly get blown away by a tornado or washed away in a severe thunderstorm.
- Tiffany Murray's Top Ten Black Comedies at the Guardian. She has Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut on the list. I must have missed the funny bits.
- In the NY Times, Edward Rothstein asks, "Why was Don Quixote originally written in Arabic? Or rather, why does Cervantes, who wrote the book in Spanish, claim that it was translated from the Arabic?"
